The Hosted Buyer Program Package for suppliers include:
- Up to 15 face-to-face appointments lasting 10 minutes
- Prime exposure within MarketSquare throughout the conference
- One full EMEC 2015 conference registration
- Meet and greet reception with planners on Saturday night
- Exclusive networking lunch with planners on Sunday
Each appointment purchased is 10 minutes in duration.
The appointment package ONLY includes one (1) supplier registrations.

Each appointment package includes one table and two chairs and one (1) conference registration.
You may bring APPROVED personal items.
ONLY the following items are allowed: roll-up banner, marketing materials and giveaways
All signage must be:
One pop up banner of their own. NO HARD WALLS DISPLAYS ALLOWED.
Suppliers may not bring:
Hard-wall displays, balloons, music, talent or entertainers, hanging banners or any other type of signage except for the above mentioned signage permitted.
Hosted Buyer Cancellation:
- All Hosted Buyer participation cancellations must be received by Organizer in writing (return receipt requested) and acknowledged by Organizer.
- If written notice of participation cancellation is received by Organizer before 6 November 2014, the Hosted Buyer shall pay a $150 processing fee. If written notice of participation cancellation is received by Organizer before 18 December 2014, the Hosted Buyer shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fee. If written notice of participation cancellation is received by Organizer on or after 18 December 2014, the Hosted Buyer shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fee. Hosted Buyer s contracting on or after 18 December 2014, are responsible for the full (100%) fee, even if the event of cancellation any time thereafter. Any deposits made by the Hosted Buyer may be used to fully or partially reduce the cancellation fees described above.
